updating DB2 through MS Access - no current record error

Using MS Access to link to DB2 database, can add new records. However cannot update records or delete records in MS Access - the error message says: "No Current Record".

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

It's possible the query you are using to update/delete is not returning any records. It's been my experience that the majority of times I see that error, this is the case. Check to make sure your conditions for the query are correct and that it's actually returning records to be updated/deleted.
