I have just incresed the storage limit on a users account who had reached the pre-set limit and was no longer able to send emails out. When he connects on OWA he still gets the message saying he is over his limit and will not be able to send any emails until he reduces the size of his mailbox.
If i connect to his account using Outlook it allows me to send email but when connecting with OWA it still says it's over the limit.
The user only has acces to OWA right now and is getting frustrated.
I connected to his OWA account on my computer as well to see if it was just his computer and I got the same message.
Does anyone know what I'm missing here?

My problem was fixed the next morning when I checked it, so I was thinking it was an update service not updating after forcing it to. If I find myself in that spot again I'll try re-boting the server to see if that does it.
(I can hear the users screaming already)

Thanks for the reply.

Try using the RUS (Recipient update services)
That might do the trick...
