Updating a form after changes to table

Hi

How do I update a already exisiting form after I have made changes to the table governing that form?? For example I have changed to data type to date/time yet the form still operates under the old data type.

Existing data will not automatically update when you change the data type. New data though will follow the new data type rules.

Are new data not using your changes?

Thanks for your reply Telsa. No the new data does not follow the new rules! Is there some sort of instruction I need to enter somewhere?
