I have a user that updated a distribution list in her contacts folder. She removed a couple of names and updated a couple of email addresses,saved the changes then she sent the list to another user. When 2nd user opened the distribution list, the updated information had not changed the old information was still there. When the 2nd user tried to make the changes on the individual member's name on the distribution list she got the message " could not find contact. It may have been deleted or moved from its original location".
Anybody got an idea to help me?
