Updates

I do I get patches and updates for the BCM400. I can go to Nortel Site, but I am stupid I guess. Cannot find patches. Running 4.0.2.3 now. Having problems with not being able to retrieve data from ip sets, adding speed dial to T24 right side causes problems, and cannot change line ring type on M7316e set. Please advise.

To retrieve patches, you have to have a Nortel login. If you have one, try setting up your "My Support Centre" under the Support and Training tab. Just add whatever products you need to it. Makes it really simple to get directly to where you need to go.
