Updates Tool Sync

I recently had the error 11459 and 11454 when trying to advertise the updates tool sync. I fixed those cause i forgot to set it to install as an administrator. Now my advertisement status says that they are all errors. Its the exact same for all instances....

The program for advertisement "JA220003" failed ("JA200003" - "Microsoft Updates Tool Sync"). A failure exit code of 266 was returned.

I tried to find documentation on this error but can't find it. Thanks in advance.

could it be this error?
"ERROR_CANNOT_COPY
266 The copy functions cannot be used."

and which advanced client setting do you have?
"run program from distribution point" or
"download program from distribution point"

and with "rerun advertisement" again the same error?
