Since updating to the latest (Aug 2004 3.0.1) version of InDesign for Mac OS, I can no longer export to a PDF document. When I try, the program quits. I can "print to PDF" but when I do that, the resulting PDF has lost all hyperlinks and bookmarks. The export PDF worked fine before I installed the upgrade. I'm using Mac OS X version 10.3.5. I'm also using Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0.2 (if that's relevant). Thanks for any help/advice.
