Update WS5A BIOS Help needed

Hey guys! Happy thanksgiving!

I need to update the bios of my WS5A.

Atm it is running the Q1000G version, I wanted to install the W7 POSRDY version, but it keeps throwing me a blue screen error on each boot.

I've been reading around and seems that I have to update my bios to Q2012F version. The thing is that I can't upgrade it from the BIOS menu of the WS.

Is there anything I'm missing? Thanks a lot for the help!
