I have three computers that are getting the following error in the updateinfo.log
Setting Updates Info in Database
Failed to update database with the update status, Error <>
Retrying every 30 seconds for a maximum of 4 tries
Failed to update database with the update status, Error <>
Failed to update database with the update status, Error <>
Failed to update database with the update status, Error <>
Failed to update database with the update status, Error <>
Retries failed; DB not updated
Along with the following error in the cvpatchesupdatedbclient.log
2840 89c 06/06 22:33:47 13803 fnCvPatchesUpdateDBClient() - Failed to set patch information in the database, Error []
Because of these errors CommCell Console still shows that these computers need to be updated. If I try to push the update again, the updateinfo.log will show that all files are up to date and give the database error.
1 computer is Windows server 2003 R2 and 2 are Windows XP.
I have like computers in the console with no problems.
Running CommVault/simpana ver 9.0.0 build 84
How would I fix the above error?
