Update to 5300-07-01-0748 bombs 1

FWIW,

was upgrading some p5 boxes to 5300-07-01-0748 and had a few fail on about 200 of the file sets due to missing req's. Apparently installp was trying to bump bos.rte to level 6 and could not find it on the media.

in comparing installed software with boxes that upgraded ok i found, and removed a couple of file sets:

bos.content_list
devices.vdevice.IBM.v-scsi-host.rte
devices.vdevice.IBM.v-scsi.rte

upon booting i was able to bump the offending host to the TL i wanted.

admittedly, this host could have been too low to reach this level in one upgrade, and i haven't investigated any further than just comparing hosts, but thought i'd put it out there in case anyone else runs into this problem.

bos.content_list was at base level.

devices.vdevice.IBM.v-scsi-host.rte was at base.

devices.vdevice.IBM.v-scsi.rte was at 5.3.0.10.

the host was at ML05.

here's the failure text from the initial attempt to upgrade:

and could not be found on the installation media.
