Just to clarify, the "Notes" field here if the big textbox when you open an Outlook contact. It does not have a label "Notes".

I want to automatically insert some text into this textbox, which, however, is not actually a contact field. I typed something in the box, saved the contact, and checked every possible field but could not find my entry.

Maybe that box is actually an invisible item in the Notes folder, and Outlook just linked a Notes item to a contact? It is just my guess.

Bottom line, I need some sample VBA codes on how to do it. Any suggestions are appreciated.
