Update Textfile(notepad) with Flash exe file

hi,

i make a link between flash and the textfile .

now the flash file is converted to stand alone exe file.

can it is possible to update the notepad ie to add,delete the notepad which reflects at runtime on the flash exe file.

wheater it is possible ?
