Update text pages automatically

How do you set up a site that will have masses of pages with each page needing text updates daily!?
The site is a newsletter that will have stories and pics which need daily updating.
I am hoping that i can link the dreamweaver pages to a text source that i can continually resave with the new info and have the pages update automatially.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Server side includes will enable this, if each page has the same content. Otherwise its asp and a database.
