Is it possible to update the system wide telephone number directory by using a handset or must it only be configured by using the Manager?

Use Manager to set the User's System Phone Rights to Level 1. Once that's done when the user wants to save an entry from their call log as a contact they are given the choice of Personal or System Wide.

Level 1 Users can also manually set the system wide time from their phone as long as System - Time Setting Configuration Source is set to None
