Update Query give ISAM Error

When I try running an update query to update the text field of a SQL Server table. When I run the Query, I get this Error. Updating data in a linked table is not supported by this ISAM. I whas able to add records to the SQL Server Table, and Update one of the ID feilds. I went into the table directly, it would allow me to change the text feild there. I am at a loss for what I can do to fix this.

Here is the Query SQL:

UPDATE dbo_Chart_of_Accounts INNER JOIN txtChart0010 ON dbo_Chart_of_Accounts.GL_Account = txtChart0010.[G/L acct] SET dbo_Chart_of_Accounts.Account_Name = [txtChart0010]![Long text]

Can any one help me?
