Update parameters automatically ????

I have defined parameter {?project}. I've set default values for this parameter from some database table. But if there are some new items in the table i must update them again in crystal reports designer. I use Crystal Reports in some external application (Pivotal) and ideal would be that these parameters default list would update automatically from database table.
Is it possible somehow ????

"Dynamic Parameters" are not available within the Crystal Reports or Crystal Enterprise.

You can build your own front-end application for Crystal Reports that provides "Dynamic Parameters", or buy an existing 3rd party tool from APOS for use with CE.
