That was my initial thought too, we think alike! So If I wanted to add a new record should I use an append query? or a union query?
This form is going to be the "Setup" form so management can make changes to the program without having to go into the Access console. My goal is to make everything chageable so it's going to be alot of update queries if I do it that way.
Not if your statements "where each form field updates a different table" and "so it's going to be alot of update queries" are true. You would end up with a lot of subforms. Otherwise, subforms are very useful.
It seems likely, however, that it would be a good idea to think careful about your design concept.
