Update IP address Option 11C 1

I've misplaced my notes about how to set and change an IP address in Option 11C. Can someone give me a quick overview - or at least what overlay I need to be in?

Just a note, remember to INI after you change IP Addresses. If not and you STAT ROUT and STAT HOST you will still see your old data around.
