Is there some sort of updated driver file available so that Backup Exec recognizes my new Lite-ON burner? It is not recognized as a backup device whereas my old PLextor 1210A was, and I have searched Veritas's site to no avail.
Now I can't access my files anymore and cant backup and I don't have the Plextor anymore, and I'd rather stay with this backup software, which has served me well in the past.
