I have a database that looks like this

1 Canada
2 Edmonton Alberta
3 Calgary Alberta
4 Toronto Ontario
5 United States
6 New York New York
7 Las Vegas Nevada
I need to move the single field to everything underneath it
1 Canada
2 Edmonton Alberta Canada
3 Calgary Alberta Canada
4 Toronto Ontario Canada
5 United States
6 New York New York United States
7 Las Vegas Nevada United States
any suggestions?

can you just use find and replace? I have used that for mass population in a field

go to edit, replace, dont type anything in the find since that is, I am guessing, an empty field. Put what you want in the replace. Make sure your cursor is in the cell/column you want to be in. click replace (once not all!) to check that this does what you want, then repeat as many times as you want down that column
