Update excel spreadsheet via vb on the web?

I have a master spreadsheet on a web page. I have other pages that have a spreadsheet that I would like to update when the master spreadsheet is updated. Is it possible to do this via vb? Would anyone know of articles to read regarding this or have any direction? I am using Office 2003. Thank you.
