Hi,
I have an access table (table2) with many fields and 600 rows.
In the 3rd field, from 310 to 540, I don't have data but I have this data in table1 (from 1 to 231).
These tables have a same field named Date.
Table2 Table1(2 columns)
Date fld1…………fld20 Date fld1
0 x1
etc etc

Haw can I do to take the data from table1 fld1 and to edit this data in table2 fld1
Many thanks,
ersatz

if you want to populate the data in tbl 2 with data from tbl 1, then you needs to design an update query...providing that you have the same key in each table.

how about redesign both tables to make them the same, and then combine both tables to make a single one. I'm not sure if that solves your problem if this is a on-going effort, but if its a one-time correction I think this would help.

Thanks
Yes, it's true.I need just a one-time correction.
It's work grate.
Thanks again
