Update Conflict on some items in a grid

I am using VFP 8.0
REMOTE VIEWS
SQL EXPRESS 2005

I have a grid with about 200 items listed. There is one group of 10 items that generate an "UPDATE CONFLICT" when I try to change their data.

I'm stumped. Any suggestions??

What's your buffering mode? Tableupdate() has optional parameters that fill an array with record numbers of rows that had conflicts, you can also get further info.

Perhaps update of some items is denied by reuls in the SQL Server database?

The Confilct Update is gone. This problem is solved.(?)

I do not know what I did.

There are still problems. The data where I use to get "Update Conlict" does not save to the backend. I'll work some more, then start another thread if the mystery continues.
