Have not been able to get aa to work. Ext. 3400 is operator ext equipped with 4424 set. It is a DLO. It is the Group Call Supv. 3400 is also the DID main line number. Ext 3400 is assign to logical port 1 and has a coverage button for 4001 which is actually first ext. 4060 is VMAIL group call, 4090 is RECVGRP, and 772 is RCPTCOV. 7148-7151 are VMAIL1-4 respectively. Trunk 809-832 are two-way wink start lines on PRI. Trunk 801-808 are unused analog lines. NSGroup 3400. AA at night works fine. Operator is 3400 DGCG # 4060, STND 3400. Receive is set to 3 digits,

What other info can I provide? Thanks for the help.

Wayne

Is the Operator (ext 3400) set up as an AA in voicemail admin? Is extention 4001 - logical ext 2?

A DS1 configured as PRI does not have any wink-start channels! A PRIMARY ISDN has 23B+D channels.

Post a print of your config so we can see what you really have.

You could renumber your console to something else and renumber 4060 to 3400. Your main DID would come into the vms hunt group and the auto attendant would play. You still have to press the night svc button if the night greeting is different than the day. If you voice mail is following the switch mode. lg
