update AIX 4.3.3.0 to ML10

Actually, i have a RS/6000 F40 in AIX 4.3.3.0.
I want to update it in Maintenance Level 10.
My question is : Do i have to rebbot it after update ???
Because it is a touchy server....

Simply yes. You need to re-IPL for the fixes to come into effect.
