Update a webcam driver issue!

Ok windows being the genious it is has installed the incorrect driver on my friends pc for the webcam! i have the correct driver that i have downloaded however without a setup.exe etc..file simply the driver files!

When i attempt to update the driver! I can not as it says that it has chosen the best driver! How can i override this?

I am remotely accessing my frineds computer as they live a while away! Any ideas?

Did it come with an *.inf file? You may have to go into regedit (make a backup first), and remove any referance to the webcam.
