I have a table in access that has a customer number and an account number. I want to import the account number from access into MAS 200 based on the customer number. I can't figure out how to tell visual integrator to match the customer number and write to the Acct. number UDF field. I created the field in the AR_90_UDF_AR_Customer table. Can anyone help me with this?

If you have your access table linked to AR1 as an equal join, VI will import only matched numbers and write the UDF record. The UDF fields are on the end of the AR1 file so you import the Division,Customer and UDF fields from the query.

I tried to link it under the links tab but I can't see where the AR1 table is. Am I missing something?

In Access, link externally to the Mas200 AR1_CustomerMaster table. Create a query with your table and the AR1_CustomerMaster table with a link between the two Customer Numbers. the fields in the Query would be Division,CustomerNumber & AccountNumber

In VI, use this query as the input table, mapping the fields above to the Mas90 fields.

When you run VI, the UDF field should be updated accordingly.
