I have a calculated field in one of my tables, I want it to be update as data enter to the related fields
Please tell me how to update a field without update query

It is normally recommended you don't have a calculated field in a table. You put the calculation into a query and whenever you want to view that piece of information, the query presents it to you based on the data from which it is derived. Only store atomic data in base tables.

It looks like you are uncomfortable with queries and want to limit you dealings to tables. This is a route to heartache. Ideally avoid touching tables and in fact centre all your activities upon queries.
