Update a current EDGE subscription cert

My current EDGE subscriptions cert has expired and what I am reading to update it is just like creating a new subscription cert.

I performed these steps to udpate but I got an error on my HUB server stating it couldn't find the EDGE server. I know it can communicate with it because my mail is flowing correctly and I can ping the EDGE from the HUB.

On the EDGE:
New-EdgeSubscription -FileName "C:\EdgeSubscriptionInfo.xml"

On the HUB:
Copied the XML file and select New Edge Subscription in teh Management Console and selected the XML file then ran "Start-EdgeSynchronization" in the Management Shell.

Does anyone have any feedback on this?
