CallUpdate
Technical User
Hello,
We udpated our Cisco Callmanager from version 8.5.xx to 11.5.xx (as 8.5 will go out of support)
All went fine however on our IPtel phones (models 794x / 796x) we noticed that after the update a line is displayed just above the buttons that displays the last number equals name. It used to just mention 'Your current options' or 'X missed calls' This only happens with internal numbers.
Even if we log out of the phones it still displays this info also if another user logs in there the info stays on the display.
example:
'1234567890=First Last name'
Who knows what option in 11.5 causes this as we want to disable this 'feature' (also privacy sensitive)
I hope someone can help.
Chrs ....
