update 3rd party reports

We have separate modified reports dictionaries on Citrix for different groups of users for one of our add-on products. These users also have separate launch files.

I installed two servicepacks for this module and these dictionaries did not get modified. I tried using GP Utilities and got the red X. I tried importing the reports from my own dictionary, and now the users get different errors such as "Table Hierarchy Inconsistencies".

I went into the report and the main table Keys all show Not Found.

Any ideas how I can fix this without having to recreate all my reports? I emailed the vendor and it's been an hour with no response (that is slow as far as I'm concerned).

O I figured it out. I had to rename the old dictionary first.
