Update 2nd record

Hello everybody!
I want to do this.
I have a table with two records only; the table has a Memo field.
You open the form (for that table) and see the first record. You make changes in the Memo field.
The question.
How can I get updated the second record with the same information in the previous Memo field?
(Please, not copy and paste manually)
Some clues?
