I am new in my organization and am wondering if anyone has information in changing the time stamp in the Mitel 200 and 2000 (lite) environment.

it can be done on site via the console or
you can dial in and set it remotely!

if you use ops man it could be done via this also for muli site configs or even stand alone for that matter

deanmulley, he mentions 200 and 200 lite, Ops doesn't help him in this case.

is this ops the same ops we were talking about earlier like off premise extenion? if not then what does this ops do?

In this case "Ops" means Ops Manager/Enterprise Manager. Ops is an application that does various pbx duties within a Windows environment. It will automate datasaves, keep pbx time sync'd, sync's the telephone directories among your corporate cluster of switches and many other things.

hey mitelman how do I get a copy of ops manager?

cwc3

You can download the software from Mitel Online BUT you need a moss sheet, usb dongle and licensing from Mitel AMC.

So you basically gotta buy it.

sounds like zoc or hyperterm for one and only EL!!

thought ops man worked accross the board.....when you say 200 and 2000 sx 20000...? same as in the uk..?......ops man works on this

isn't the time suppose to change on the SX-200 ICP automatically? I have the system options enabled and correct number of minutes to go back so why didn't it work? anyone know? sx200icp MX v2.2
