Can someone please explain to me what this file (UpAutoBG) does - my PC keeps hanging - when I use CTRL-ALT-DEL - it reports that this is not responding - WHY?<br><br>Cheers

It sounds like this is a file that a program is loading on startup. I would mess with msconfig under the startup tab to see if you can find that file in there. If you need more info than that just email me. The file was linked to Ultraplayer trying to access the Web for an update every 10 mins or so, i've now disabled it, thanks anyway.
