Up-grade to SQL2005 and web task fails

It fails with:
SQL Web Assistant failed because the state of the Web task in msdb..MSwebtasks is invalid. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 16820)
These worked fine under 2000. Anyone any ideas how I can fix this? Maybe reverse engineer the web task and recreate it?

Ideas anyone?
