UP-DOWN ARROWS MOVE SHEET NOT CELL???

My up down arrows in EXCEL are moving the whole sheet and not moving me around the cells !!!! Is there a lock button that I've engaged or what's the go people ?? Help this "stuck" Australian back to work. Thanks in advance !!

You have the SCROLL LOCK key on. Turn it off, and you should be fine.
