uodate data field using txt file

Hi,

I creating a customised report using CR 9 that comes with visual studio .net 2003.

One of the requirement is that : user(one of the data field) would be updated every now n then.

I thought of load the users from parameter to populate the report.

Is there a way to do it..the customer just need to update the txt file and than he just need to select the users from the parameter.

If you are trying to state that you need to dynamically refresh the choices for a parameter, this cannot be done simply in your version, it erquires CR XI.

You might create your own parameter collection screen, or you might use a 3rd party viewer:
