unxepected error occurred

Hi,

I've a win2k pro sp2 Dell machine, when I tried to access my Add/Remove program from control panel. I got this message:
"object doesn't support this property or method res://appwiz.cpl/default.hta
line:75"
Any ideas how to fix this error? Thank you.
