It sounds like you have been hijacked. Download 'Hijack This!'. Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
When the scan is finished, click "Save Log", and copy and paste it in a reply. * Don't make any changes to it, a lot of what is shown is legitimate.

You also need to be regularly using some sort of spyware removal tool such as SpyBot: After you download it, pull down the latest updates first thing. Use regularly.
