Unwanted WINDOWS popping up! 2

I am running Netscape Communicator and IE5. Recently my computer pops up ads automatically. This began about the time I downloaded Audio Galaxy Satellite.

How can I identify which program is doing this, and how can I stop it.

There is a free program that you can download that will stop all the unwanted pop ups. go to
