UNWANTED SEARCH BROWSER IN IE 5.50 1

At the top of my browser IE5.50 I have the normal, Back, Forward & Address. Underneath this has appeared something called ISEARCH which includes a popups blocker and a section that contains adverts. I have tried both repairing and re-installing IE but the ISEARCH still remains.

Can anyone assist me in removing this ISEARCH? It's a nuisance and I have no idea how it got onto my computer.

Thanks bcastner. Used the ToolbarCop and have got rid of ISEARCH.
