unwanted IRM reset on 5kt Pro

Our integration router module on the Micom 5kt Pro keeps resetting every 10 mins, bringing our WAN down. Has anyone experienced this or know a cure for it. We've tried tweaking some settings and are beginning to suspect a power supply failure.
