Unusual NDR 1

Hi,

User A sends a meeting request to User B. User B receives and accepts to User A. User A when sending the request automatically gets a NDR from User C, even though User C was not included.

I have looked to see if Account B automatically forwards to C etc but can not find a trace of User C anywhere. How is this being generated and why?

User C is likely a delegate for User B.
