Small office install, 6 users...Is there a way to remove unused extensions, door 01, group1, etc entries in the contacts list on the IP500V2?

Thanks!

Delete the users

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Or tick "Ex Directory" (not sure if it exists in Muppet/Basic mode though) :)

Yeah I thought ticking the EX boxes in Manager might do the trick, but it didn't.

I also don't know how to "delete" the extra extensions.

works for me too

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Thanks guys...I will try it again. Hopefully it was just a mistake on my part.

Well, I guess I'm dumb.

When I hit Contacts>All...Door01, and all unused extensions are still listed. Ext19 thru Ext52

The other thing I can't figure out on these 9508 phones is when someone is on Line 1 in the other office, the display in the other offices only show a "telephone" symbol.

Can't help you there I'm afraid. It sounds like you're in Muppet/Basic mode, I don't use that as the system is basically a crippled pile of crap in that mode :)

Can you do an offline config in Standard mode and upload it to the Basic version?

I see where there are lots more parameters to play with in the Standard mode.

Thanks!

No you can't, the 2 modes are completely independent and not interchangeable in that way :)

That's what I thought. I really appreciate your help.
