unused citrix server in farm.

We have a 16 server citrix farm and have noticed that no users ever seem to get logged onto one of the servers.

The server is not set to full load, but still the server never seems to have anyone logged onto it. Anyone know what it could be?

What happens after a reboot of that server? We had one just like that this morning and it started doing its share of the work afterwards.

I would check a couple of things:
1. Make sure that the server doesn't have logins disabled.
2. Look at the load on that server by doing a qfarm /load.
3. Check the IMA services on the server to make sure it is started.

4. check the server logs looking for problems connecting to the license server.

Publish notepad or something to yourself and see if you are able to connect.
