Untitled Pages on Search Engine

I am working with broken links and when searching the internal web site I came across 2,000 pdf documents name "Untitled". All those documents were saved correctly and are on the Remote Site of our web site. Below is basically how they appear on the search:

(PDF) Untitled
Page 1. Page 2. Page 3. Page 4. Page 5. Page 6.

Any guess how can I solve this problem and make the documents appearing with thei right names?
