wondering if there is any way to do an unsupervised trunk to trunk conference call with the partner acs r 5.

That sounds like you want to forward? No you can't. In the R7 you can do some, but it's limited.

wait, you could dial phone number A on line 1....conf button.....phone number B on line two....conf button again, now it is you and numbers A and B. Press the hold button and A and B are connected....you are out of the picture. Only issue, parties on A and B will hear the MOH if you have this..if not, you are golden. Hope this helps.
