Unsuccessful Save Sets

We are running networker 6.1.1 on hpux 11.00 which in turn with several other servers have to go through a checkpoint firewall.
The others seem to go through ok but this one box times out causing an error in /nsr/logs/messages ( Unsuccessful Save Sets - "has been inactive for 15 minutes since Thu Apr" ).
This is caused by the firewall dropping it even though the firewall allows the others through.

I have checked the network and that is all fine and i am also running networker with verbose on which sometimes help's it get through.Could you please advise me on any patches or tweaks i can try to resolve this issue.
