We have rolled out a multinational/multi cluster CCM4.1.3 now we are rolling out North America we have users with apostrope's in their name.
example:- jd'alloto is the username in AD, when trying to log into the phone with Extension Mobility with this user it comes back unsuccessful. I think this has something to do with the Apostrophe.
Everything else has been checked and is fine. Has anyone experienced this or know a work around other than changing their AD account username? Look forward to some help with.
