Unsual Script error

The folowing error it's been getting on my nerve lately:

"A script in this movie is causing the flash player to run slowly. If it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to continue? "

I'm only using: a basic preloader, stop and play and a few basic tell targets with my buttons.

The funny thing is that when I play the movie localy works just fine, the problem starts when I upload the movie to the website.

anyone? please!!
